I just purchased both the Stronghold Defender's Saberstaff and the Stronghold Defender's Lightsaber from the Cartel Market. The Collections interface shows that they have been added from another character. However, the button for purchasing the item for all characters on the account does not work.
No options appear when the account-wide purchase button is clicked. As a result, I am unable to claim copies of the two weapons for my other characters.

I have been waiting on a response to my Help Ticket for days. (I can't progress with the KotFE story on my Commando because Lana won't appear in Chapter IV.)
Now the in-game ticket window has been stuck on "Updating..." all day! Is anyone else having this problem?

Bump. This just happened to me and I have no way of progressing through the story on my Commando now. Spent pretty much a whole day trying to fix it to no avail.

I'm really curious about how vulnerable non-force classes are after KOTET Chapter 9.
Specifically:
Did all of Valkorian's power evaporate with him, or are non-force players still protected from having their necks broken by the force..? (R.I.P. Torian)

Well there goes a huge chunk of my motivation to even play this xpac if no new companions are returning. That was what was keeping me chopping at the bit the entire time.

Seriously, it needs an "Off" button. I absolutely hate level scaling and never asked for it. Why should it be forced down players throats?

The Weekly Missions just reset today and the Daily Rewards for the Tactical Flashpoints still show as already claimed.

I never get one time passwords because I have a security key. Maybe, you should consider the same.
Hell no. I removed the security key from my account almost immediately after getting it. Eight digit security tokens? Give me a break.
If I'm forced to choose between manually typing in eight numbers or copy-and-pasting a password every time I log in, you better believe that it's going to be the copy-and-paste.

Hell, I can't even get the game to get past the launcher without alt-tabbing at the loading screen. BSODs or locks up every time. So much for AMD support.

As a male, it is the first chest armor piece that I really love the look of. IMO it is just awesome.
The only dissatisfaction that I have is that you can't purchase it directly in the Cartel Market.
Online gambling is not really my thing.
