healers are screwed medal wise all i do during a match is keep my team alive and i do a great job at it, but i get only 2-3 medals

You obviously don't know the mechanics of this game because healers can purge off dots without having to blow dodge. Can keep marauders at a range really easy because again, I can purge off any snare. Can marauders cure snares? No, can op healers...Yes.

we cant dispell force. so our purge is pretty useless in land of sorcs/warriors.

I think you misplaced operative with merc, because they are clearly op, impossible to kill even without guard, healer.
