I don't think she looks much over 40, if you look at (pictures of) women in their late 30s to mid 40s without makeup some of them look older than Shae does in SoR. I actually really like that they aged her properly rather than keeping her young and pretty. She leads a hard life after all, she isn't living the high life on Nar Shaddaa or something.

You hadn't even posted in this topic until after I had, so why you think I was referring to your posts at all is beyond me. Also you say you weren't crying, yet you started your post with passive aggressive whining about why no one takes feminists seriously.
I'm literally not talking about anything you have said in relation to Shae, and you think my points are wrong because they don't address what you have said.
I suggest you read the thread again because she was explicitly criticised for not sounding and looking sexy and svelte, which is what I was referring to.
She looks in her early to mid 40s, which is completely consistent with how she looks in Deceived where she looks to be anywhere between 27-35. She is also a soldier, not a supermodel.
My final point is a comparison, the fact you can't grasp how it is relevant to compare how male and female warrior characters are treated by the fandom really just illustrates how you have no clue what you are talking about.. Shae Vizla is being criticised for not looking and sounding sexy enough because she is a female character. Jace Malcom is not, because he is a male character. It's funny that you accuse me of of bringing up things no one mentioned when you opened with a rant about feminism.
anyway I'm done, you can't have a serious debate with little boys like you, you are too emotional and ignorant to conduct a rational discussion.

I love Togruta, so this is fantastic. Not surprising as they have probably been the no. 1 requested new species since launch, but great it is happening.

I love Lana, she is fantastic. As the above poster said it is good to get some more nuanced Sith characters. Need more characters like her in SWTOR. Found Theron to be boring.

She looks around 40 in SoR, which is consistent with her appearance in the cinematic trailer. I swear to god most people must have no idea what women actually look like, especially when you considering she is hardly likely to be caking on the makeup.
Her voice is consistent with a tough veteran.
There is a difference between 'I don't like her voice/appearance' which is fine and complaining that she doesn't sound/look sexy, which is sexist. She isn't there to be sexy. Her value as a character has nothing to do with her being sexy. She's a gosh darn bad*ss and she should look and sound like one.
Never seen anyone whine about how Jace Malcom doesn't look and sound younger and sexier, funny that.

I'd really like to see a class story themed Stronghold Label unlocked when a character finished chapter three. Something like 'House of Wrath' for a Sith Marauder or whatever.

Yeah, little monetary impact at either end really, more like a token gesture to appease locked out people, so they don't unsubscribe while pissed off.
They won't. If all the people complaining really unsubbed when they said they would there would be 90% less whining on the forums.

wow had a lot of other content to do including multiple leveling paths..swtor does not. that is a huge difference
Demonstrably false, you can level the intended way with class missions an planet missions, just planet missions, space missions, warzones, just do flash points etc. Or you can do a mix of all of them. WoW doesn't even have class missions like SWTOR has, just regular area quests so you could argue SWTOR has more variety right there.
I'm incredibly excited for GSH but I'm still not going to blow all my money at once. I'm going ot buy the two capital word apartments for around 3mil, keep doing sailies and crafting to make money while I save up some more to unlock all of Nar Shaddaa. I don't intend to drop below 10mil.

I found all of the male voices to be boring to be honest. Oh you're a gravally voiced ****** BH, god we've never heard that before in a video game, bring on the woman. I mean the voice acting itself was fine on a technical level but they sound basically the same as any number of other video game protagonists. I know you could say the same of Jennifer Hale using her Femshep voice for the Trooper but she backs it with a great performance. I love Brian Bloom but he can't compete with her.

I think there should be some decorations for the space faction rep as well. Spending commendations is fine, I like what we have there but it kind of sucks that those of us who did Space Missions to get our rep up don't get any decoration to acknowledge that as yet. Every other non-cartel market faction has some decorations I believe.

Possibly for the first time ever I find myself agreeing with you and am not sure I like it!
It remains to be seen in live if awards/rewards etc will be received retrospectively for achievements etc, somehow I doubt it, and I have zero intention of "redoing" any achievements.
The only rewards given for Achievements are decorations and it is confirmed they are given retroactively so I'm not sure what you are referring to here? It has no relevance to a discussion about Dark Project materials.

Also you can buy most of the intro decorations for credits, so you're getting something like 1.5 to 4 million credits worth of Nar Shadaa real estate and at worst you would be losing maybe 50k worth of decorations and multiple sets of fabrication droids which would be a bit annoying but with instant travel to strongholds not the end of the world. But a said above you should get the intro quest the first time you visit a stronghold.

I'm so excited for GSH, had a bit of a look on PTS but not enough to ruin it for me and despite all the whining and a few legitimate minor concerns I think it is going to wonderful if you are into player housing. Which I am.

It's my least favourite event by far, if only because I think there should be purple reps from the Op and I don't enjoy the lag it seems to cause. But I don't think it should be scrapped. If it is a big issue just avoid the areas already mentioned or buy a vaccine. 2k isn't a huge amount even for a level 20.

Not sorry to see it cancelled, they really ruined an opportunity to have a really new and original character introduced in favour of making it about Boba Fett. So disappointed when I heard it, shed no tears when they cancelled it. Looked fantastic though, such a great concept wasted on a character who really doesn't need any more fleshing out in my opinion.

I'd like to see a rep trading system personally. Get a bunch of excess rep items? Trade them for rep items for other factions at a fair rate. A purple for a blue, a blue for two green, a few green for one green or something.

She's a woman who pursues an aggressive policy instead of being more "reasoned" who outranks the player in universe and won't do everything they want, so people hate her.
