  1. It would have been a good idea, if they didnt hold their cards so close to the body, give people an ETA on when they get in.

That is what people are pissed off about, that they are wasting their time waiting for an email that may or may not come.

Agreed. It's a great idea but remove the mystery. They melted our brains for so long with the release date debacle. I know they need breathing room but at least give a bracket even a very wide bracket time frame woud be better than thousands of people raging in the forums.

  2. I'm seeing a familiar thread here and on other fansites.

I've seen people claim to have preordered and redeemed as late as the 28th of July getting invites and people claiming preorders and redemption on the 22nd and 23rd of July NOT getting invites. I preordered on the 24th and have not gotten an invite.

    Whats up with this?

The people that have later dates that are in are from the UK. over here we are currently midway throught the 23rd.

  3. I can't for the life of me understand why 97% of people posting in this thread didn't read (or maybe can't understand English) the topic title. Why are people posting that they didn't get in with their pre order dates. The title says to post IF YOU GOT IN AND THE DATE YOU ENTERED YOUR PRE ORDER CODE. What is difficult to understand about that?

    :confused::confused::confused:

I found it helpful to find out that some ppl didn't get in and they entered on the 23rd where as others got in that were on the 23rd. That allows us to isolate where they are more accurately. Maybe go for a walk or something you seem a little wound up.

  4. They will get there when they get there

Impatient trolls aren't going to dictate to bioware what to do, ever.

I preordered, entered my own code on Jul 23rd, they'll get to me when they get to me. Unlike most, though, I'm not going to throw a big ol fit because they haven't gotten to me yet!

It's so much more satisfying when you do tho lol

  5. Development time is better spent elsewhere. Since Macs are now nothing more than overpriced PCs with a different OS and can run Windows natively, there simply isnt reason enough to spend any development time on a MacOS client. That's my personal opinion, but I would imagine that the developers probably feel the same way.

What your saying sounds like its well informed although its not. They would contract the work out to port the game for osx they wouldn't get creative and coding leads and take them away from the game lol derp. I don't think they do feel the same way as they already mentioned they play on macs.

Theres plenty of demand, heck wow did it.

  6. Not as well as a PC of equivalent cost would.

But then you are stuck with only windows, which is awful. And when people say the cost equivalent line, they never seem to count the amazing mac monitors/screens. They are breathtaking compared to most others. I know there is no way of convincing you as I used to hate mac until I went to film school and was forced to use one. I was dying to get back to my windows machine a few months later and then when I finally did it was terrible compared to the mac I was forced to use.

    I've never looked back since.

  7. I am one of those people that pre-ordered on the 21st but didn't get the code in until the 23rd. So distressing. Although these reports of 22nd people getting in now have me cheering up.

I bought the CE as soon as the announcement although since I bought from Gamestop Canada I didnt get my code until the 26th ughh....
