    Smuggler Chapter 3 Achievement Completion

    I received the Consular, Trooper, Inquisitor, Agent, and Warrior achievements without hassle. I had to complete the Jedi Knight twice in order for it to register, and I still have yet to get the Smuggler one. Still working on Bounty Hunter. The weirdest part, as mentioned by the OP, is that I have the icon on the Character Select screen and the Heroic ability, but no achievement, cartel coin reward, or stronghold decoration.

     

    Aside from the doing the knight story twice bit, that is the exact same place I am in.

    Weekly Tactical Flashpoints

    Not a bug. Read the weekly quest. The "story" flashpoints are not included, so they won't advance the quest. Just uncheck them from the queue window and you'll be guaranteed to get one that counts.

     

    That might be true if not for the fact that I have made sure it is a Tac Flashpoint. I ran into this as well as a few of my guildies (same group).

    Missing Achievement and Decoration

    So I completed my Smuggler storyline (That is to say Chapter 3 at Corellia) two days ago. I went to bed thinking I had the achievement and decoration (class icon) when that wasn't the case. I know I completed the storyline and such (the whole scene with your crew and you walking into your ship and being all "Yeah were awesome") I am just confused as to why I did not get the achievement and deco. I have already opened a support ticket ingame yesterday and yes I don't expect an immediate response. Kinda wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

    I don't really know about any of that I'm afraid, but I what i can tell you with certainty is this. :D

     

    Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope... Love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticule, and together, achieving a singular purpose against statistically long odds.

    i've just given up on cinematic combat from anything Star Wars related. The only game where I can flail around a lightsaber it still looks cool is Jedi Academy. I absolutely suck at that game too, but I just flail around and suddenly I accidentally pulled off a move from the best ligthtsaber duels like in the movies. Master Strike looks freaking awesome and I love using it though. :rak_grin:

    I have a 35 Mara and a 41 Jugg.

     

    I dont level them much mostly because there are just so many abilities that i feel i need to use in every fight to maximise efficiency in killing and therefore achieving mission objectives.

     

    I have a 46 Merc, 50 Sage, 50 Sniper and a 50 Assassin. None of those i feel overwhelmed with abilities. Hell, on all of them i am quite happy using only 4-6 abilities for every single fight, not including big cooldowns when needed (eg. oh sh!!t buttons).

     

    When my Assassin was 46, i finished her class story whilst only using a maximum of about 6 abilities the whole fight. And i could have done it half asleep.

     

    It is just the Sith Warrior classes that i am not able to watch the screen at all - i am forced to permanently pay attention to the ability cooldowns for priority abilities.

     

    My Jugg for example, is Immortal talented to ensure survival with Quinn as permanent companion. Ensures i can solo everything except heroics very easily and most importantly - EFFICIENTLY.

     

    I have a 32 Jugg and a 37 SM so i do know how you feel about being overwhelmed with abilities. I usually head back to Dromund Kass and try out new rotations with just two hotbars on the dummies in the left part of the city (they are directly left of the speeder transport leading to intelligence, the sith place and bounty hunter spot). I wish I could help you out more OP but all I can suggest is my strategy for dealing with all these new abilities. Best of luck to you. :)
