  1. Why do you think those of us with common sense only consider Revan in the KOTOR game canon? Books? Nah, fanfic, the game? Nope, just a little silly easter egg.

This way, my sexy Asian female Revan will always be canon.

encyclopedia canonized it before tor, or books. same with the exile.

also greatest hero was Zayne Carrick

  2. There are many good, even great EU stories in the new Republic Era, but I think if we take it as a whole, it's just like throw in every villain you can think about to let them fight, there was no main storyline like other era did. Luke and his friends just fight fight fight, from Imperials to something like Abeloth.

post rotj's problems is the main character can't die. from rotj- solo command(i think that's when coruscant fell) the story is about the rebels establishing legitimacy, then branches off into looking for more jedi... or fighting imps and kidnappers. normally it's both imps and kidnappers. then the young jedi knight series which focuses on the solo children again(kidnappers were after solo kids). then we get to njo after countless books about legitimacy and recruiting jedi. and people die. it's something completely new, main characters die, luke han and leia take a back seat to the next generation. then dark nests throws it away. and legecy even further but killing off anoother major book character. and fotj just continuing Legacy's pattern.

There's no suspense anymore in post Rotj, either kidnappings occur, or luke eventually goes in and kills everything and you know he can't die.

  3. I agree with you, but it could be New Republic or Legacy Era too because the Imperial Remnant is still around then. I have to give Palpatine credit, his Empire survived for over 100+ years after his death, even though it is weakened that is still quite the accomplishment. Actually building an Empire is the biggest accomplishment I can think of in real life or otherwise lol.

it is in the dark times, but yes if there was no conclusive time period it could be from between 19BBY-10ABY. around the time the Empire lost Coruscant. not many lambdas and ties on coruscant afterwards well until near the vong period(and kir karnos)

  4. I think it was either a novel or a comic or something that elaborated on that. If I remember correctly, it was that Obi-Wan got drunk or something on Cato Neimodia and was fighting off Super Battle Droids while "tripping" and Anakin bailed him out. Do not quote me on it, I forgot where I read or heard that. I need to look at my old novels now.

not so much drunk, the area they were attacking had spores in the air that had 'adverse effects on humans' while not toxic they were dislocating(results were that he looked/acted 'drunk', spores caused it basically :p) Obi-Wan was fighting into an area and lost his rebreather causing him to be affected by the spores and you got the rest right.

edit: page 18-37 paperback version of labyrinth of evil.

  5. Giggity! I can't remember if it has been mentioned here but the playable character in the demo isn't the character that we will play as, it is just a place holder.

    Edit: Source http://kotaku.com/5916346/why-star-wars-1313-doesnt-let-you-be-a-jedi?tag=star-wars-1313

"Don't get too attached to the guy you see shooting blasters and jumping from ship in Star Wars 1313's screenshots and videos. He's just a placeholder character plopped into place for the purposes of the game's unveiling."

i mentioned it a few pages back.

  6. Palpatine killed him after he was elected Supreme Chancellor. He killed him in his sleep by torturing him over and over with Force Lightning.

The internet is amazingly full with knowledge if you search. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Darth_Plagueis#The_murder_of_Darth_Plagueis

Yes i know that, i'm asking would just the fact that Darth Plaguies's breathing apparatus 'failure'(it was having a hard time keeping up because of him having fallen asleep for the first time) have led to his death anyways.

  7. So by now we should know how the legendary sith lord dies. However, today I would like to ask, wasn't he dead anyways? The machine was having a hard time keeping up with the fact that he'd fallen asleep. I'm just wondering would Darth Plaguies have died without interference from palpatine after he'd fallen asleep?
  8. Since all the questions have been answered I will just post another question:

what is the model of the (red trimmed) astromech droid that Uncle Owen originally buys from the Jawas? (the one that blows up and Luke exclaims, "Uncle Owen! this R2 unit has a bad motivator").

HINT: it is not an R2 unit

R5-D4, that droid is better known by it's non canon name of skippy the jedi droid

    Question-

Why did Darth Plaguies the wise fall asleep?
