Cover Bar Help

Hey all, I'm new (obviously) but not only new to the game but StarWars in general, i've never even seen any of the movies (but that has nothing to do with this ). Anyway, i'm playing a smuggler and they get a cover bar, however, i'm sure that i'm not the only one that does this, i switch my bottom / top bars keybindings so that they feel right, it's odd having stuff on the top that's usually on the bottom for bars.

 

Just to give an example it's normally like this:

 

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - =

I've switched mine around

 

A1 A2 A3 A4 A5 A6 CX SX CR S S CT

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 SD CD S S CG

 

While keybindings dont entirely matter, when I go into cover the bar ALWAYS appears on the A1 to CT keys, rather than on the bottom and I dont see a way to change it in the settings.

 

Can someone tell me where I can change the location this bar appears, or a way to submit feedback so that I can have them add a feature to allow us to change the cover bar location (this is not the same as the Companion Cover Bar, that setting only works for the companion).
