JulioHarris
Why do I keep feeling the world is oversized? It looks like it's been enlarged 200% the normal size. Everything looks pretty out of scale when my tiny character stands next to almost anything. Doors, corridors, tables, everything is big. Is the game world out of scale? Vatoro
I think its less over-sized and more accommodating to species of the larger variety as far as buildings are concerned

JulioHarris
You have a point. Some alien species are pretty big compared to human.

Star Trek Online had the same problem. Not really sure what's up with this. Some people say it's to accommodate camera movement, but that doesn't really make sense, as there's plenty of third person games with sensible level design (several of them being Bioware games). Rodolfulus
at least I don't feel like the enemies i'm fighting grow taller as i level like in wow. Seeing wolves twice my height on ALL FOURS was pretty dern obnoxious, but most mobs are reasonably sized, and i don't notice the rest
Dire-Wolf
It's funny because when running around Tatooine last night I thought about how cool it was that everything was scaled properly and looked the right size. Maybe it's because I'm so used to the awful scaling in WoW but I think the scaling in TOR is just right.

Neeseek
It is too big, yet not big enough. the way zones are designed.. they are MASSIVE zones divided by small subzones, yet these subzones aren't open, they're linear. I still love the game.
