Non-channeled snares can be removed with purge (not sure if all of them though). Edited January 1, 2012 by Arunas

Vlaid
You should also have an ability you gained that breaks you out of all cc's. Everyone gets it. It's typically called your "trinket" or "pvp trinket". It has a 2 minute cooldown and it's very important to know who has and hasn't used it in PVP so you know when you can make a CC stick and not get removed by their trinket. For Repub it's called Tenacity, not sure what it's called for Empire.

There is a sticky on this forum about how resolve and CCs work, read it. Edited January 1, 2012 by Arunas
