Line of sight is OP!

Fortunately for sages/sorcs, you have 3 dots and an area instant nuke to get people around corners. On top of that, you have force speed to get to your target within a second and then drop a hammer on them.

Not only that, but with one other person working with you, you can force them out of LoS using knockback, stick them in place while you kill them in 3 globals while a healer spam heals them. Why even use your instant CC on the healer when he has no shot at outhealing your DPS? Save it for a defensive cooldown IMO.

Even if they line of sight you, you are still going to own someone if you work with at least one other person.

I play a sage and just absolutely **** everything. Line of sight me with no one to help out? Switch targets and **** the next guy. Next, next, next. I just continue down the line while using LoS to my advantage. Not the other way around.

I don't play Sage, I lied. In fact, I get owned by them because I can't actually run around a corner, and I find interupting rocks/lightning far too difficult. I can only process one thought at a time, and sometimes I run a bit slow, like a pentium 3. Please nerf stuff.

Re-wrote that, a bit more accurate I'd say.

half your argument is based around the sage/sorc needing help from another player. the other half is a bunch of malarkey.

No, I really do play a Sage. My name is Bluesunset on the Saber of Exar Kun server. I have gotten 4 trinkets from champion bags and jsut recently got a set of boots.

You obviously don't have a 50 anything, otherwise you would understand where I'm coming from. Its great on this side of the isle. I recommend you try it. And I fully expect a nerf.

Wrong.

Sorcs/Sages have 2 DoTs. One insta-cast and another with an induction time. An additional one is granted in Madness/Balance at the top of the tree. By building this, you're sacrificing a lot because hybrid builds are the way to go.

The AoE "nuke" you're referring to, Force In Balance, does 1k damage on average. On crit, it does 2k on average. It's limited to 3 targets. You can only get it in Madness/Balance.

Assuming you're referring to Voidstar, sure, it takes a couple seconds to interrupt someone planting a bomb. That's why you have your team not being oblivious, ready to CC anyone who comes. And what hammer are you referring to? Sage/Sorc damage is mediocre. It's all sustained.

Learn the class, then complain.

LOL

You say I'm wrong and then you say I can pick up the third DoT at the top of the tree. What is wrong with you? Do you want to make me look bad or something?

1. By hammer I mean Force stun.

2. Sage Balance tree has 3 DoTs, one of them even snares for 2 seconds. Please don't start your terrible post with the word "WRONG" if someone is completely right.

Edit: I would also like to add that I constantly have instant Mind Crushes up from using telekinetic throw and getting instant casts from it. Any time I want to use it it's pretty much up so it really turns into 3 instant dots. I guess you would have to actually understand the class to know this though.

3. When you pop Force Potency and then Force in Balance, it literally crits for 2800 on three targets with my gear. I often use it to finish off opponents that are trying to line of sight at the last second. And its incredibly effective.

You are so uninformed its silly. And please stop acting like you know what you are talking about by saying things like, "Learn the class, then complain." You look like a fool. I AM the class.
