Lagging like crazy

So, I tried playing early and was lagging insanely bad, like unplayable level. I was hoping someone could tell me if it's my system being messed and what I can do about it.

You don't have a graphic card. You are using on board video which is NOT good for games. Buy a video card.

The rest of your system is respectable. 4GB ram and Core i3 is good but the video card is the deal breaker.
