Ok Bioware ... Time for some wrinkle fresh new ways of doing things....

Now that i got your attention... =p

Coming from a fairly large guild that has completed every flashpoint, finished almost all the flashpoints on hard mode and even is running the operations in nightmare mode i must say kudos to you Bioware. Some of the content in this game is pretty amazing. Some of the best boss mechanics ive had the pleasure of playing.

Now lets throw in a wrinkle now. One of the best instances i ran before was in warhammer. Although the bosses were kind of meeh the overall idea of the instance was pretty unique. If anyone here remembers Tomb of the Vulture Lord you all would know what im talking about.

That instance allowed the opposing faction to invade. Now the group doing te instance could proceed to finish however they needed to keep on their toes because the enemy could falter their plans at any minute.

This i felt was a cool new mechanic that was actually fun. Of course you would need a little tweeking here and there. I just think it would be fun to have a fee instances that were completely cross faction where both parties fought prgressing from two different directions ultimately meeting in the middle for an epic fight. Perhaps at first grouping together to kill the main boss then fighting after that bosses loot has been looted.

Hell make it part of the ligh/dark side affinity. Light side u allow the opp to walk. Dark u duke it out sort of like ok we used u to help us now die.

So many possibilities. Well thas my two cents. Back to farming the Eternity Vault!

This worked almost flawlessly in warhammer but there were times it would break down. For example it just took one player to invade and once killed that player could constantly invade over and over.

What Bioware can do is only allow a full group to enter and if they die from another player they are immediately locked out for 24 hrs. That should be a pvp death though not a pVE death. But yes this could be amazing i think.

Both sides starting on opposite sides fighting different mini bosses ending up at the same kain boss. Working together to defeat it then choosing in story whether to allow te opp to run (light side) or die (dark side). Could be epic if done right!

I never did that instance in WAR but I had been kind of hoping the last couple years that they would attempt some form of hybrid battleground-instance scenario.

One other example would be in Guild Wars, while not PvP, was two groups would enter the same instance from different places and then meet up at one point. Granted, a lot of people really hated that mission because it was difficult lol.

Now if you had something like that where the team who gets to the middle first has a terrain advantage... Well, I would probably PvP more often. Just as long as its not another AV.
