The guy that accidentally bought a wrong PvP item and the fanboys harassed him, remember? Since I had talk to him back then on whisper, yesterday he talked to me and told me that he opened a ticket and support told him that they will buy back the item restoring his warzone tokens. OK I know this sound self evident. But I think it couldn't have happened some day ago. (if they could, just ignore this post). They told him that they can restore up to 3 items per 6 months and I think they meant per account. They also asked a ******** info (name, server, exact item name, date/time etc). Well, I hope this will get better. I mean they will not need so much info and in the near future, this feature will be in the game without opening a ticket. But STILL... as long as they did not do that before and after so little time they do it now, I have to grats them for the quick effort to fix it. Another one of my friends sold his entire outfit when he quickly sold his entire inventory and forgot he had just finished jumping around naked on the fleet (buyback only had his bracers left).
