You can re-spec on Coruscant and Dromund Kaas.

One question I see more than any other in general chat, on Coruscant and Dromund Kaas, is: "Where do I go to re-spec?"

Sadly, the answer I see most is, "Fleet."

 

Friends, both of the capital planets have NPC's to reset your skill trees.

 

If you're on those planets, you do not have to go back to the fleet stations to re-spec.

You can, of course. I just don't know why you would eat up the extra time, unless you're done with the capital planet.
