Hello Everybody and thanks for joining us for the last few weeks in game to farm DvL Bosses for Bounty Paid.

As promised I am setting up this thread to announce in advance the next farm.  I will also try to keep this post updated for additional farms.

This is for Kill farming and not the season weekly objective.  (To help people with their season track we have added a pull on the other boss to the farm.)  This is a great chance to get caught up on the 40 kills needed to get the Bounty paid achievement and 100% for season 7 in achievements to get the Bounty Puck Flair. 

The boss for each week will be picked based on how easy they are to kill and how fast it is to get back to them if you get killed.  The farm will take place from the faction that makes it easiest to farm from.  If the easy boss is on one of the capitols we will have to farm from that faction also if a med center is closer from one faction over the other that is the side we will use.

For this farm we do not group as you can use your healer companions with DvL Bosses.  They do not have the true hero de-buff.  If you are joining with a friend grouping in pairs can help for shared heals but nothing larger.

The farm will go until we can no longer kill the boss if that is due to loss of numbers or just not enough DPS to do the job.

Day: Saturday November 30th

This week we will be farming Guardian Silaraz on Alderaan from the Imperial side.

The closest Med Center and Taxi/Quick Travel is Outpost Bolym.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Scan'dal on Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have 8 people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours.

Day: Saturday December 7th

Time: 9:30 pm PST   10:30 pm  MST  11:30 pm CST  12:30 am EST (Sunday)

This week we will be farming Jaadel the Vindicator on Alderaan from the Imperial side.

The closest Med Center and Taxi/Quick Travel is Panteer Hideout in Glarus Valley.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Scan'dal on Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have 8 people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours. 

Last week cleared 8 kills we are aiming for 10 for this farm.

Ancient Enemies Returned VII

Day: Saturday December 14th

Time: 9:30 pm PST   10:30 pm  MST  11:30 pm CST  12:30 am EST (Sunday)

This week we will be farming Thundering Bozwed on Coruscant from the Republic side.

The closest Med Center is just north of Boswed and the closest Quick Travel/Taxi is the Justicar Territory.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Ekantha on the Republic side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have 8 people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours. 

This is one of the easiest DvL bosses to kill.

Day: Saturday December 21st

Sorry for the late posting for this week's Farm I have been busy with a bit of an emergency.  The short version is everybody is ok but my car won't be for awhile.

 

This week we will be farming Aloeek the Voracious on Dromund Kaas from the Imperial side.

The closest Taxi/Quick Travel is the Kass City Expansion. The closest Med Center is in the Kass City Expansion District. 

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Scan'dal on Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  This week's farm will be tough due to the distance for the runback.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours. 

Last week cleared 13 kills we are aiming for 10 for this farm.

The closest Taxi/Quick Travel is the Justicar Teritory the closest Med centers are marked on the map. 

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Ekantha on the Republic side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  This week's farm will bean easier one.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours. 

Last week cleared 13 kills we are aiming for at least 10 for this farm.

This week we will be farming Malussa the Gleaming Star near Outpost Rennar in southern Jundland on Tatooine.  (Imp Side).

The closest Taxi/Quick Travel and Med center is Outpost Rennar it is marked on the map.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to K'nova on the Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  This week's farm has a long run back.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours. 

Last week 2 more people got to their 40 Kills for the season achievements.

This week we will be farming Night Stalker Raxine in Hadra's Encampment south of Kaas City on Dromund Kaas. (Imp Side).

The closest Taxi/Quick Travel is Kass City Entrance  and Med center is South of Initiate's Path and is marked on the map.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss.  Just send a whisper in game to Scan'dal on the Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the last few farms went several hours.  

If people are willing we may try to take down the other DvL boss as a warm up and to help people with their season goals.

This week we will be farming Erdi the Relentless in the Old Galactic Market on Coruscant (Pub Side).  To start this farm and help people get the season objective Ancient Enemies Returned II we will go after Defender Gilada in the Starship Graveyard on Hoth.

Day: Saturday January 25th

This week we will be farming Justice Orzmod near the Revanite Camp on Dromund Kaas (Imp Side).  To start this farm and help people get the season objective Ancient Enemies Returned III we will go after Gorso the Nightmare King near Outpost Ghrent in The Glarus Valley on Alderaan first.

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss on fleet.  Just send a whisper in game to Scan'dal on the Imperial side and I will add you to the group.  We will start to pull as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by as the farms can go several hours.   

There was some confusion last week with the farm so I will go over the process here to help clarify before hand.  When we summon we break group after everybody gets to the planet.  This lets us ll get out our best healing companion to speed up the kills.  Please do not start the fight until everybody loads and gets their companions out.  For this weeks farm as we are doing both bosses we will re-group after the first boss and summon to the next fight.

Ancient Enemies Returned IV

Day: Saturday February 1st

Time: 9:30 pm PST   10:30 pm  MST  11:30 pm CST  12:30 am EST (Sunday)

 

This week we will be farming Tulo the Fearless in The Works on Coruscant (pub side).  To start this farm and help people get the season objective Ancient Enemies Returned IV we will go after Cortella the Righteous near World Boss "The First" on Dromund Kaas first (imp side).

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss on fleet.  With this week needing to be done on both factions I will gather from the imperial fleet first from Scan'dal.  After we get our kill on DK we will swap to the Republic side where I will re-form the group on Ekantha.  Just send a whisper in game to my toons and I will add you to the group.  We will start the pulls as soon as we have enough people for the farm.  If you can't get on right at the start drop Coruscant's Works section as the farms can go several hours.   

There was some confusion previously with the farm so I will go over the process here to help clarify before hand.  When we summon we break group after everybody gets to the planet.  This lets us all get out our best healing companion to speed up the kills.  Please do not start the fight until everybody loads and gets their companions out.  

 

On another note last week's farm went great!  We helped another 3 people get to 100% of the season achievements and made a total 16 boss kills.  Thank you to everybody that has been showing up to this farm and a special thank you to everybody that keeps coming even after you got your achievements.  Without the support of the community this farm would not be the success that it is.

This week we will be farming Guardian Silaraz on Alderaan from the Imperial side.  To start we will go after Preeda the Butcher south of republic Dreviad Outpost in Jundland on Tatooine to help people get Ancient Enemies Returned V.

Day: Saturday February 15th

I will organize an Operations Group to summon for the boss on fleet.  With this week needing to be done on both factions for the shortest run backs I will gather from the Republic fleet first with Ekantha.  After we get our kill on Tatooine we will swap to the Imperial side where I will re-form the group with Scan'dal.  Just send a whisper in game to my toons and I will add you to the group.  If you can't get on right at the start drop on by Alderaan as the last few farms went several hours. 

Last week saw 2 more people finish their season achievements and a total of 14 boss kills.

PS. With this being the last organized farm of the season I wanted to thank all of you that have come out to help your fellow players finish the season.   I will be doing a feedback post after the farm to see if there are places to improve.  Please stop back to share your input.

With Season 7 wrapping up I wanted to take this chance to say thank you to everybody that has shown up over the last few months to make this farm group so successful.  At this time I want to open this thread up for feedback on the farm and your experience.  If there is another large group objective for the next season would you want me to try to organize future objective farms?

How many times did you need to attend the farm to reach your 40 kills for Bounty paid?

Did I explain the process in an understandable way? 

Did you have fun?

To kick off the feedback...

 

I had a great time planning this activity for you all.  It started as a way to get some of my guildies through the season objectives and turned into something more.  It became a way to find other players that wanted to clear group content at a time of day that had fewer pickup groups.  During the weeks of farming we had laughs with some great people shared stories and made friends.  And while I never once asked anybody to join my guild I did end up with 3 new awesome members and a bunch of new friends.  I was so impressed with everybody's willingness to stay past the token cap to help each other.  I also loved that many of you kept coming back to help more people get to their goals even after finishing your own.  Honestly the reason I kept doing the planning and gathering for the event after my guild members were finished was because of our little Saturday Night group.  It became a bit of a community within the bigger community that I was excited to get to hang out with for 2-3 hours every Saturday.   So with all sincerity thank you all for being awesome and helping each other out!
