StarFist
I use an Elegato Stream Deck for gaming. It works fine with everything else but SWTOR will not recognize input from it. I have updated to the latest firmware and rebooted the pc many times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
StarFist
Running the Elegato software in Administrator mode fixes the problem.
SteveTheCynic
Probably you're running the non-Steam SWTOR client, which requires that the launcher has admin privileges, which it then passes on to the game client. Elgato's software probably isn't *allowed* to send keystrokes or whatever to a program that's running with admin privileges unless it, too, has admin privileges. The Steam version of the launcher doesn't update the game (Steam does it instead), but it wouldn't require admin privileges anyway, since the game files don't live in a security-controlled directory. That might make the Steam version of the game a better bet...
