I bought a subscription, but there is no subscription

Phoned customer services as my cartel coins had not been delivered, apparently there is a payments problem on their end which is affecting a lot of people. They asked me to be patient and wait 24 hours.

I am running into the same issue. I was charged but it is not recognizing my subscription. To rub salt on the wound I can't even contact support in game to inform that my subscription isn't being recognized because it says I'm not a subscriber.

yeah having same issue bought mine around 5-6 hours ago, tried to call them like an hour ago and it says they close at 2300 which is 11 but sadly no answer, kind wish we knew these problems were a thing lol would have waited till tm until they fixed this issue

Same here, paid 6 month recurring subscription, status says OPEN, money was deducted from the bank, but no subscription, on the account it even says that I have subscription plan, and what the next payment date is, but status still inactive.

exact same issue. bought 6 months as well, (Had todo it via steam because the website didnt work) shows money taken out of my account but its pending. 

So i havent got my sub yet but i did get my 600cc bonus. but that was after calling them 3x including calling my bank 1x and then going through customer support on steam.

its 100% a server issue on Swtor's end but this is incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous. Just take my money and give me sub = Weekend ruined

Having the same issue!

Bought the new comers bundle $49.99 and the ticket is just "open" with the money taken.

Then I went to steam, bought a 30 day subscription too see if that would work, not yet (and that was 3ish hours ago)

Went back to steam, bought 1050 cartel coins just to see if that would work, and instantly I got the cartel points, so it seems to just be the subscription. 

Hope it gets sorted soon!

Same here I have screenshots showing the site saying that I have subscribed and the invoice number still both the sub status on the main site as well as in game show no subscription.

The irony of this issue is that they are aware of it as a company ...yet is it in the dev tracker or any bulletin to inform people that they will be waiting or even an acknowledgement of it as an issue? Not that I see

Yet their gladly taking all of your money and your having to call up their customer support to be told your gona have to wait for something you were already charged for yet dont have it for your accounts..

So Ill say it once more yal make absolute sure this is the game you want to put money into because this is how they conduct them selves they will take your money and give you jack in return just like the rest of us who have been supporting this game despite its plethora of issues....

i mean just like everygame it has issues, it gets bugs and viruses in its coding that the team has to work out, "for example i had to wait a week for my battlestate games stuff to arrive, these issues seem to happen when everyone and their grandma and their grandmas dog who is also holding a hampster is buying things at the same time, its annoying but at least know your items will arrive........."eventually". and its not really the irony of the company knows this its more of the fact that we know this and are still buying it rn XD

So, as I stated, customer support told me yesterdy that if there was no progress after 24 hours to call them back. But today is Sunday. And there is no customer support on a Sunday. Can't believe I fell for that 🤦‍♂️
