Down with RNG decorations

I'd like to see the cartel market as a place where you can get the decorations you want, instead of RNG gold, silver, etc.

For instance, I'd like to get those red interrogations "jail" red booths (as seen on Korriban) instead of getting yet more assassin (R) banners in galactic seasons and as galactic season prizes.
