metaknightrumble
Basically, the name is self-explanatory, how it would work is that you access through your stronghold menu below personal tab it will have its own tab. It contains 3 bars, first bar tab asking, storyline, flashpoints, heroics, operations. Second tab would ask for details of what storyline, event, operation, heroic or flashpoint, let's say for example: Operation -> Scum and Villainy. 3rd tab will display all the name of the friendly/enemy NPCs from that selected flashpoint/operation/storyline. The catch is that you won't be able to access these NPCs or unlock them until you completed the actual mission and not just beating them. For storyline it requires an extra bar tab, when you choose storyline, in the extra tab, it'll ask you, Old Republic story, Eternal Empire storyline, Shadow of Revan storyline, Legacy of the Sith storyline, etc. There's an image that shows you the NPC you may and may not want to make as decoration personnel as a similar set up as the stronghold decoration list menu, though making these decorations will cost about either 250k to 375k depending on the personnel. 250k for normal NPCs, 375k for character NPCs (Tarro Blood, Deadfall, Tavus etc.), 700k for boss NPCs, if wanting to make duplicates, then you can access the duplication button via personal tab, for example: I made a Werda commando decoration personnel and I want to make duplicates, can by clicking on the Werda decoration personnel and below the image is the duplication button will cost the same price. Do note these decoration personnel cannot be donated to guild and cannot be sold on Galactic Trade Network. As for personnel 7.4 and 7.5, you can also have customization option for the 7.4 and 7.5 NPCs that have randomly generated pieces, mostly will work like in the Lego Star Wars game in switch colored body part and decal torso. Once done with the customization, you can just click the lock icons besides the head, torso, hands, belt, boots and legs. Also note that the tool won't work on Cartel Market, boss personnel (Vinn Atris, the machine gods.) decoration personnel and will invalidate it. The purpose of the tool is creating NPCs into decoration personnel that haven't been but want them for your stronghold. Enemy NPCs will automatically be registered as soldiers, friendly either civilians or soldiers, characters with normal names form a storyline will be registered as People of Interests. If you don't like the three-bar option and prefer to search up the name, then it will be provided and it will show an automatic list of names and show the image of the NPC. Now what if I wanted another version but it's the same NPC name, well, you could duplicate again, will ask for it to be under a different name opening the type in bar of the NPC image, I will rename it to "Clan Sharratt Brawler" and yes you will have the same options of change outfit and lock options. For example: If it's situation of making finances, I purpose a "necessary evil," "it's a solid idea, but how does benefit us?" Well, I thought about it and maybe devious, but can include idea that subscribers only have to pay in credits while the preferred players have to pay in cartel coins. I'll elaborate detail, regular NPCs are up to 60 cartel coins, strong or elite 80 cartel coins, bosses are up 240 cartel coins, person of interest characters 400 cartel coins Edited September 2 by metaknightrumble
WideZero
I would like to add some suggestions. If we had a tool like that I would like to have tabs for animations and roles. Animations like sitting, chatting, fighting, etc. And tab for roles if you want personnel to serve as a cantina vendor, medical vendor, decorations vendor, training dummy or no roles at all. Also, I would like to be able to pull armors from collection, modify the color and just snap that piece to my personnel in the tool.

I agree the with behavioral animations, though that would be complicated for a reason, you get various types of talking for example: casual talk, crazy talk, crossing your arms while you talk, arguing, then it gets complicated form there. The customization I was referring to ties to characters like in Port Nowhere. Customization will be limited to the randomly generated outfit pieces within that certain mission, nothing outside of it. Otherwise, the developers for some reason keep it limited to dye modules, not that RGB color customization circle you would see in DC Universe Online. Assigning roles would be a whole different thing entirely, if I had to give roles it'd be limited to friendly, neutral or enemy to the personnel. Cantina vendors and sometimes I think they give different drinks from depending on the planets you're on along with medical vendors like from Tatooine that has medicine to treat wamprat fever. I gotta put in some limits of what it can do, you get what I'm saying? Edited September 1 by metaknightrumble
