Exactly how rare is it to get a custom built lightsaber schematic from treasure hunting? What grade of lockboxes should i be opening?

Just to clarify, can you only get the custom-built lightsaber schematic from lockboxes? It was hard to find an answer for that online

This page : Schematic: Custom-built Lightsaber - Star Wars: The Old Republic Wiki (fandom.com) says that it's a rare drop from grade 1 TH lockboxes.  (And the exact level of TH you have doesn't affect the drop rate once your level is high enough.  High-Influence companions *might* help, though.)

level 20 or 40 can be bought off the gtn, if you are looking for the level 48 and 52 those are long gone since I think 4.0. most of the modable lightsaber stuff are gone and probably will never return. you can buy non modable stuff off the vendor and go from blue to purple if you just want to learn that stuff. wait the level 70 or was it 75 can be bought off the ossus vendor, but some of the items required to make it are not so easily made available.

Subjet to two considerations:

• It's level 70.
• You have to have a certain minimum Ossus reputation to buy the stuff.  Not so much of a problem for folks who were around back when the story had advanced only as far as Ossus, but it might be a problem for newish or long-absent players.
