"Where to find" on new APAC server

So, like everyone else, I'm enjoying it very much, but it requires remembering things we haven't needed to know for years. My first question regards the Legacy Storage terminal. Cartel Market has the personal storage and guild storage terminals, (albeit under wildly inconsistent names), but to get the **** Legacy Storage, you have to lay out 1000 CC for the Utility Bundle.  However, if you mouseover the inventory item (I'm looking at one on the Exchange), it lists that Utility Bundle as one source, but also a vendor. Specifically, it says

EDIT: OK, apparently I'm an idiot. You get one for free from the SH mission given by the holostatue, either on Capital world or on the Fleet. But that still doesn't answer about that mystery vendor.

Right next to the Universal Fab Droids, in the very same bay.  It's labelled "Utility Droid' or something like that.  You need universal prefabs (requires 2 crafting skills and multiple mats to make) to purchase those.

Alternatively for legacy banks:

1. Main fleet center ring (2 areas).  You must own a stronghold (1 char only has to buy one) to use legacy banks.  The cheapest stronghold are dromund kaas and coruscant (5000 credits each).

2. Get to level 15, pick up the stronghold mission from the holograph quest giver (in strongholds section of fleet, or near commericial districts of Dromund Kaas and Coruscant).   That mission gives you a few handy decos including a mailbox, several vendors, and a legacy bank.

If you can bear to wait, wait for the Life Day celebration that begins later this month, where the DK and Coru strongholds are reduced to a small amount, probably 13 credits each this year, for the basic unlock.

If you subscribe and also have a security key you can also get unique looking legacy bank from the vendor in the respective fleets.
