<The Silver Covenant> LF 1 Tank or 1 RDPS for 'Pub Nim Ops (Tues. + Weds.)

Greetings and salutations,

We are looking for 1 experienced Main Tank (MT) or 1 Ranged DPS to join our NiM operations team, which meets up on Tues. and Weds. from 9pm to 11:30pm EST on the Republic side.  

All current members of the team have previous experience in NiM ops.

While we do not expect everyone to be able to play at 110%, we do expect our team members to perform to the best of their ability and learn from their experiences.  We also expect our team members to prepare for all operations accordingly (class rotations/abilities, encounter strategies, etc.), and be comfortable with asking constructive questions whenever necessary.

Newcomers to the ops scene are welcome to apply, as long as you're willing to learn and put in the effort to master your role.
