Shayddow
This bug is as old as strongholds themselves. Namely, when the story mission (such as the story for Flashpoints "Jedi Prisoner" on the Republic fleet and its counterpoint on the Imperial Fleet) requires you to "travel to the fleet" REQUIRES you to travel in your ship. This was code put in BEFORE galactic strongholds were implemented - and the mission does not "count" it as traveling to the fleet if you get there from your stronghold. EVEN when, with the recent highly disapproved and resented implementation of quick-travel costs including a 120 credit cost of traveling to the fleet from your stronghold you do it that way. Requiring yet another 120 credits to hop on your ship, travel somewhere, and then BACK to the fleet. After all this time of strongholds being there, it is TIME to FIX this. SteveTheCynic
It's not just stronghold travel that does that, but *any* planet-to-planet quick travel mechanism, notably the Heroic Mission transport buttons, and probably also the Emergency Fleet Pass ability(1). Think of all those origin story missions saying "Travel to PlanetX" (but meaning "Use your ship to travel to PlanetX"), but only a few actually *say* "Use your ship to travel to PlanetX". And do you remember all the fun when they changed the Galaxy Map in mid-2017 so that it included the possibility to directly travel to Section X and The Black Hole from the planet views of, respectively, Belsavis and Corellia, and made it so that the default destination for a double-click on the planet was Section X/The Black Hole rather than Belsavis/Corellia? (That one *did* get changed, of course.) (1) That one's noted for not advancing the "take the shuttle to the Fleet" mission for new characters that have just finished their starter worlds.
