MSithLord Posted March 29, 2023 Share Posted March 29, 2023 I had two things on the GTM and both were over 100M credits and someone had bought them and it said it would take an hour, but I never got my credits. I never really sell anything on the GTM but it was things that I wouldn't use. I'm not sure if this is user error or not but it was an hour before the update went out, and I know they are having issues with mail. Not quite sure if this is something they are looking into or not. ( Galactic Trade Network ) But anyways, the entire mail system has been on/off all day, because of this: https://forums.swtor.com/topic/928227-721-patch-updates/?do=findComment&comment=9748561 So whenever the servers come back up, you might want to file an in-game Customer Help Ticket , and be as detailed as you can about the exact type of items ( name ) you purchased and maybe even the exact time too.
