ProximaTrinity
Hi, not sure how widespread this issue is but I'm having trouble with saboteur options not working correctly on my Republic-side toons. I should note that I’m only experiencing these issues with the latest Manaan + Ruhnuk content, and the saboteur options (such as leaving evidence of Republic surveillance on the Selkath terminals) seem to work fine until the final options in these storylines: letting Captain Jilo Del live but telling him to lie to Republic interrogators on Manaan & sending incomplete data to Republic headquarters from Ruhnuk. In both cases I receive mail telling me that Captain Jilo Del’s intel helped thwart three Imperial patrols and thanking me for my service to the Republic. This bug has occurred on all of my Republic saboteurs. Also, slightly less important, but since I just remembered... For Imperial loyalists who are romanced with Theron Shan, on the fleet following the Meridian complex flashpoint and meeting with the Dark Council Theron is invisible if you pick the option to kiss him after he suggests attending the party in the officers lounge. Just wanted to flag this in case the bugs were not yet known, and wondered if anyone was experiencing the same? felleto
Man this seems like a complicated bug and I have NO IDEA what you are talking about. Maybe try breaking the process down so I can replicate it on one of my characters: Example: Steps to reproduce the behavior with as much detail as possible: Open the inventory (press I) hover the mouse cursor over one of the icons at the top of the menu (f.e. the deconstruction icon) while hovering over the icon, keep the right mouse button pressed while keeping the mouse button pressed down, move the cursor away from the icon release the right mouse button

Glad to get some traction on this bug lol There's really not much extra detail I can give unfortunately but I'll try to be specific. You play as a saboteur, and attempt to sabotage the Republic where the options appear-- in the most recent content, for some options, the 'sabotage' choice doesn't work-- there is a chance it could simply be a mail bug, I suppose. Perhaps the game *does* register that you picked the sabotage option but sends the wrong mail to your character. 1. Choose to sabotage the Republic during Inflection Point 2. Play however you wish up until you reach Uncertain Cooperation (post-Ruins of Nul), continue to sabotage the Republic 3. Play through the story, choosing whichever options you want (you can be as friendly or hostile with the NPCs as you wish), but make sure to select [Sabotage] options where possible 4. After defeating Captain Jilo Del, towards the end of this Manaan Daily Area storyline, engage in conversation with him and choose the [Sabotage] option 5. Continue playing through the story, or wait. Eventually you'll receive an in-game mail (this is where the bug appears) thanking you for your service to the Republic on Manaan since Jilo Del's information proved useful in capturing Imperials... even though you told him to lie so that the Republic wouldn't be able to harm Imperial operations on Manaan. Roger that! I had never known about this. Do you have to be Imperial before and then ally to the Republic? Or can you be Republic sabotaging the Republic? To get this bug you have to start as a Republic toon (so Knight, Consular, Smuggler, Trooper) and choose to side with the Empire when Lana asks during Inflection Point who you wish to ally with, this begins the saboteur route where you try to bring down the Republic from within. Not sure if the bug is present for those who start as Imperials as I've never sabotaged the Empire and Imperial characters don't have the "Uncertain Cooperation" questline on Manaan, instead they have "Veiled Threats" which follows different characters entirely.
