You'll find it in one of two places: If you subscribed through Steam, you must cancel the subscription through Steam. If you subscribed on the SWTOR website, you must cancel it through the SWTOR website, specifically in the "My Account" part of the "My SWTOR" part of the main website. You'll be asked to log in to the website, and then you'll have to click the "Subscription" tab on the left. Now scroll way far down to the very bottom of the page, as shown here https://i.imgur.com/ZIILGJH.jpg and click the link indicated by the red arrow I drew on the screenshot. If the link isn't there, then there are two possibilities: You bought a time-limited manual-renewal subscription. This includes the 60-day option on the SWTOR website, and the various "here's a code, enter it in SWTOR.COM to activate your subscription" things you can buy on Origin or Amazon or other sites like that. In this case, there is nothing to cancel, and the email you received that said stuff about the subscription renewing automatically, well, it was wrong. You are the victim of a bug that some folks have reported, where they subscribed on a recurring subscription through SWTOR.COM (the 30, 90, or 180 day options), but the link isn't there. In that case, you can click this link instead https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription/cancel which goes to the same place.
