What is the best combat rotation for Infiltration/Deception?

there is no rotation only a priority, but as long as you click shiny you're fine

Main deception here. For years the starter of the rotation is stealth + phantom stride due to shadowcraft - Maul - Reaping rush - Recklessness - Discharge - Ball lightning - Reaper rush. 

If you have the option on voltaic slash to increase the crit chance, use it after shadow craft expires and restart. 

Defensive shroud and phase walk and shield.

Why would you use Recklessness inside Shadowcraft window? Your Crit is on 100% for those 6s, your Discharge has 3 stacks of Static Charges even without Recklessness. Sounds like a total waste of Recklessness.
Mine is Stealth, Phantom Stride (Shadowcraft starts) - Maul - Reaping - Discharge - Ball Lightning. Now Shadowcraft us over, so Voltaic 2x to get +20% crit. And you can start playing with Recklessness and do the priority.
