Bounty Hunter Trainers Possible Glitch?

My Powertech Bounty Hunter just hit Level 74, and the Bounty Hunter Skill Trainers show a new Powertech Skill ready to be taught to me, only it's grayed out, and when I click on it, I get a message to the effect of "this isn't your Trainer" even though my character is a Powertech Bounty Hunter and I'm visiting Bounty Hunter Trainers, including the ones on Hoth and Taris.  Is this a glitch, or am I doing something wrong? 🤔

Any help here would be hot.

Now in  7.0 era , the Class trainers are  moot.

Check your  'combat styles--Ability Tree'  tab  and  you should see how all skills are  auto-granted (per level progression ) .
