Returning the game and no characters in my account

Ive returned this year the game  log in, and nothing characters. all missing.

Questions:

1. When was the last time (year) that you  last logged into  SWTOR game?
2.  Have you seen this  sticky thread yet: https://forums.swtor.com/topic/924959-upcoming-update-of-the-game-launcher/  ... and updated your game Launcher ?

If you haven't logged in since before the last server merger, you might simply need to log into each server to see if your characters are there. They may also need to be renamed.

The server-select screen should have the number of characters on each server.  @raginal: I *hope* you looked at those numbers before posting, and for info the last server merge was November 2017.
