Making people wait standing around in line waiting to click something is not the way to go about this.

Hey everyone,

We're seeing the feedback that there is confusion on this mission as the objective is not as clear as it can be. This is the terminal that you should be looking for in The Cheating Algorithm mission, and it spawns quickly. That said, we will be making changes in an upcoming patch to make this path less confusing.

Really, the changes can't come too soon Jackie, the mission description is deplorably done. It should have never happened.

the only good thing about it:

I already helped quite a few people ingame by either jumping up and down where the clickie is or when I see a bunch of players on Coruscant not moving in front of the slot machine (and not bothering with the cheating gambler) telling them in chat to look behind the bar...

apperently I was a godsend and got many thanks 😇

 

so yeah @JackieKo you need to change the description asap - and a couple more gamblers wouldn't hurt as well

Don't know about Imp side, but on Pub side I had no problem in the PvP instance on Tat. Got all 20 in about 70 minutes.

It's grayed out when they are not cheating. I've had to wait 3-4 minutes one time for a gambler to begin cheating. Entrapment anybody?

Might want to direct them to the right area (especially in a large cantina) and have them span quicker.

My patience was tested, and it came back negative.

I did most of mine on Mek-Sha (3 cheaters) in the pvp instance (to avoid people stealing my click, because there's always some who do) while waiting for GSF to pop, and even then it was a needlessly lengthy ordeal that was rage inducing. For the rest of the event, if it comes down to a choice between doing this mission again or not finishing all my weeklies, then I will not finish all my weeklies.

I had this issue myself. Clicked on one nine times before he was actually cheating. Problem with this is even if the npc isn't cheating for you during the channeling faze, it may be cheating for someone else which enables them to snipe  the npc. Then  another five minute wait for it to respawn. 

Bioware needs to drastically reduce respawn time and maybe set up more terminals or make use off the dozens of other terminals in the casinos with this many players standing around.
