Knights of the Fallen Empire - Chapter 2 Bug.

When launching chapter 2 of Knights of the Fallen Empire, and I proceed to open chat with Valkorion in space, the character gets stuck at the beginning of the cinematic transition. It looks to its sides, and then it freezes. I have then to manually exit the game.

 

I would like to fix this and have a breakthrough to continue with the story and enjoy it.

Same here! I played it before with other character and it was fine. Now I'm on my laptop, and can't get through it. :(

This  issue  probably relates to either 'bitRaider'  and/or  RAM  and/or  video-drivers  and i believe it was first reported  back in 2015 -->https://forums.swtor.com/topic/764924-cutscene-freeze-knights-of-the-fallen-empire/
