I've been meaning to cancel it for awhile but never could find out how The *normal* thing for this is that you must scroll the page way far down, and look where the red arrow is pointing on this https://i.imgur.com/ZIILGJH.jpg image. (It's just a normal link, not a button, and it's on the "Subscription" tab from the left side of the page.) If you don't see it there, there are three possibilities: * You signed up for a fixed-duration "time card" subscription - these days that means the offer on Origin or the 60-day option on SWTOR - and in that case, there's nothing to cancel even though the email you got said it was recurring. * You signed up for a subscription through Steam. In this case, you must cancel it through the Steam website, and there is no cancel link on the SWTOR website. * You have encountered a bug. There have been multiple reports of this recently, where you subscribed for a recurring (30-, 90- or 180- day options) subscription on the website, and the link isn't there. In the last case, you can cancel the subscription two ways: * Remove your payment information from the website (that will prevent the site from billing you, and the effect of that is that the subscription does not renew). * Go to https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription/cancel which is where the link in my image goes.
