DelTarrant Posted July 18, 2022 Posted July 18, 2022 Cannot express enough my dissatisfaction for one time passwords FAILING to work, so many times they are not working that it is completely ridiculous, that as a company you FAIL to get even the most basic things to work. If I did not actually like the stories I would have long ago quit.. Maybe you should focus on getting the basics right, like oh rested xp for subscribers logged out in a "rest zone". or One Time passwords working reliably. Or making it a lot easier for "Paying Customers" to bring problems to your development teams attention, and information from you as the supplier of a product telling a CUSTOMER how long it might take to fix.
SteveTheCynic Posted July 18, 2022 Posted July 18, 2022 Maybe *you* should explain what goes wrong with the single-use passwords. The usual complaint is that the emails don't arrive, or arrive late, but really, you should say what happens so that BioWare knows what needs to be fixed.

I am guessing they are in crisis management mode with so many things not working like no rested xp when logged out in a rest zone. Possibly there has been a significant number of the people who knew how to make things work, having left the company. So that those that remain may not have the knowledge to do things right.
