TheRealExozone Posted April 6, 2022 Share Posted April 6, 2022 (edited) Just wondering, even for an arsenal merc it pretty much requires all augments and a large part of the gear to have alacrity on them to reach the second threshold for the 1.3 sec. GCD. Is it still worthwhile to do this or is it better to go for the first 7.14% threshold (1.4 sec GCD) and dump the rest into crit?
