titanmike
You can say the game is fun and you can state that you don't mind it. But this is far from a smooth launch in fact it feels like they launched a beta to get the x-mas sales. Opinion, I see yours. I do not agree with it. Rift was a good launch IMO but TOR outdone it. Eve and WoW ended up far worse than this, and I don't remember FF11 as going all that smooth either. Warhammer was hit and miss depending on the player. The only good things I can say about warhammer (sadly) is that the PvP was good and the visuals impressed me. The writing was well done too. I still remember the slide show that sieges turned into, it got so bad at one point I remember the factions taking a castle then leaving it open to avoid the slide show. Just swapping them. But man, when the PvP went well there it was fantastic. Some of the best PvP I have even taken part in. There was a lot of good things with Warhamer, but also just as many bad things. Only time will tell what will happen with TOR, but I have a good feeling about its future.
Trevalon
Ok... Some non-gamebreaking bugs have been listed for SWTOR... Please make your Warhammer list now...
Boesmith
You know it's pathetic how people are allowed to rub their hands together with glee hoping a game will fail. On the same note; it's pathetic someone would bury their head in the sand and accept sub-par quality goods, then post a qq about it hhee
Chado_
WoW was effectively unplayable for the first few weeks at launch. This game comes out so polished that people easily rush to the cap in 10 days and cry boredom. Sounds like mmo development companies can't win. At least according to the all-important forums. My WoW worked great at launch...IN fact I was in the top group to hit 50 only a couple weeks after launch...played everyday for 12+ hours a day...no lag issues other than some loot lag and very few bugs...My guild was also one of the first guilds in the world to enter Molten Core and start killing bosses... So obviously because I had no issues with WoW at launch then those issues surely did not exist at all right? See how easy that is? Cerrall
lol - keep telling yourself that...Happy thoughts work great for Peter Pan too... No, Warhammer's launch was just as smooth as this launch was (actually, This launch was worse IMO with the terrible idea of EGA and the artificial caps on servers causing huge ques and then dead servers...not to mention the 30+ game in SWTOR is terribly buggy and broken ...Ive seen more bugs in SWTOR than Warhammer ever dared to have past 30...) So keep wishing there Tinkerbell.... I am still on the low side (lvl 17 I think?), and I have seen very, very few bugs. This is one of the smoothest, if not THE smoothest, MMO launch I have experienced.
Chado_
I also think its funny that people expect 8 hours a day worth of entertainment for $15 a month. Try and hit up any other form of entertainment media with the same demands and see how far you get.

Nah, as I stated that's just the 10%ers, BW could care less about them, they do this with all MMOs, gobble up all the content, all of which they skipped on their way to cap lvl, demand immediate content, then go rinse and repeat with other MMOs. MMO developers in general really don't care about them at all, they have more free time on their hands than 90% of the rest of humanity.
Cerrall
I disagree. I thought about it and since we got so many people with the game it would be relatively easy to re-gain people. Once things change for the better people will realize and sub back. If there isn't a new game launch with a really unique system from the very beginning... The Secret World is coming in April . . . I wonder what you'll be saying then... The forums should have a level restriction on them and only people 30+ can post because people under 20 really cannot speak on a subject they have absolutely no clue about... Its like claiming you know how to be a doctor cause you took Biology in college...Sorry, no, thats not how it works...
mogishu
Only thing that matters is how many they have on January 21st after the free 30 days ends for pre-orders. You won't see me complaining if all the people who rant, rage and QQ about the game leave on January 21st. Actually good riddance, I would rather have a smaller but better community. Cerrall
I also think this is the best questing MMO ever made period, the quests are on par with a single player game, that is profound and worth the money in itself. Ouch - so MMO gameplay should be the same as single player!?!? I disagree strongly.

flunkorg
I don't understand why anyone brags about this or even cares about this, unless they own Bioware or EA stock. This, as long as bioware continues to support this and I continue to enjoy it il keep playing it. Its as simple as that. People can argue about subscription numbers and bs doomsday theories all they like. It won't change the fact that I enjoy the game.

TriviaTovtin
1. Ability delay 2. Nodes appearing on map though they don't exist. ( they even tried to say they fixed it, lol) 3. Almost every flashpoint after Hammer Station 4. Load screen durations 5. Glaring issues with certain video cards. 6. Pet AI, and pet autocast options not sticking. 7. Other UI options not sticking (Sith corruption, etc) Do you need more? I can post more. BTW don't try and say it's user-specific or anything, plenty of people have reported these issues and almost no issue in any situation affects EVERYONE. Wow if these are your issues (Saying a UI destroys a game, or I have to turn on an option every time I log in until it's fixed), Star Wars is near perfect. WoW servers would come down for literal days every patch. Thanks Bioware!

Actually good riddance, I would rather have a smaller but better community. The number of ppl who enjoy this game compared to the number who dislike is like comparing a mountain to a molehill. I'll be glad when they're gone too, constructive criticism is one thing, the way the very small minority QQ's is not in the least bit helpful, they whine and complain and most of the time don't even list their actual complaints. I could not agree more, any company can trick you into buying a game - Cough cough Aoc, Warhammer, Aion. It is after the free 30 days that really matters! We will see what the sub numbers do at that point.
geogenetic
Someone didn't play Warhammer at launch The game was RIDDLED with bugs. And they created far too many servers at launch, which resulted in every place being extremely empty a few weeks later. Warhammer's launch was ANYTHING but smooth. Game crashes, insane server lag, graphic bugs / TERRIBLE engine optimization, etc etc. SWTOR doesn't have anywhere near as many bugs. I dare you to list all the GAME BREAKING issues that SWTOR has, and I will gladly list the game breaking bugs that warhammer had at launch. Go on. Btw, SWTOR servers aren't dead at all. During peak hours, almost every server is heavy / full. And every zone has TONS of players. Every time I'm questing, I see a ton of players everywhere.. general chat is usually packed, and finding a group is extremely easy. Are you SURE you're playing the SWTOR that the rest of us are? Remember the skill lag and how long it took between pushing a button and the skill actually firing? Oh and trying to cast that skill again, but you couldn't because the cast times were all off? Yeah Warhammer was a great game at launch... not lol. SWTOR has been great to me. No complaints so far.
