Are they ever going to fix the Steam subscription issues?

It's been a problem since the game first went to steam yet the problem has not been fixed. People like me shouldn't have to wait days for their sub to be active so they can play the game, submitting tickets, searching google etc and finding out you have to call CS, then send screenshots, and the people working there then require more screen shots despite the ones you've provided having everything the CS rep on the phone asked for in the email.
