Lankybrit Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Hi, I just recently checked my email (personal email, not in game mail). Lo and behold there was an email from BioWare. It congratulated me on getting my Smuggler to level 10 and pointed me to a handy dandy Smuggler guide for level 10. Outstanding. One tweak I would suggest. Send this once the character has finished the lead in quest for getting to the fleet, and have a holo come up telling you you have urgent mail awaiting. Then have an in game mail that tells you you have real email. I didn't see the email until I was already level 15. But thanks anyway BW - it was awesome to get that email. Cheers. I have never got one of these and this is the third time I have seen somebody discussing this subject. I have a SW at lvl 41, a SI at 14, a JC at 14, and a SA at 11. Last night one person on my Google + group casually mentioned she was having frame rate issues all of a sudden Georg Zoller pops into the discussion offered a couple of suggestions and then pointed her to where she could get more help. I did not get one on my first two toons but I think that may be because they hit level 10 during EGA and this email process probably didn't begin until after the official launch. Kudos Bioware!
