Rocket Boost in fp's "Cannot use Rocket Boost while you are already mounted"

When going into fp's with the group finder, most of the time I get the message in the title when trying to use rocket boost even though I am definitely not mounted. These are fp's where it isn't even possible to use mounts. I think the game may think you are still mounted if you were mounted when you clicked travel now to enter the fp.

 

The only "fix" is to die and res, then the game will let you use rocket boost again. This issue started with the release of 6.2.1.

seems to happen when you enter the flashpoint already mounted. As you say dieing clears it or always remember when going into the finder Q to get off your mount

Thank you for the report concerning Rocket Boost being blocked after entering a Flashpoint while mounted on a random Mount.

 

Our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into it. I'll update you in this thread when I know more.

Bumping because this was not fixed in 6.3

 

This seems to occur if you enter any phase where mounts are not allowed while being on a random mount.

Hi folks,

 

Our team is aiming to fix the bug with the Rocket Boost ability during a Flashpoint with our next game update 6.3a:

• Using the Random Mount ability before entering a Flashpoint is no longer blocking the use of the Rocket Boost ability during that Flashpoint.
