Shadak Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 I completed SOV on my Gunslinger Smugg tonight and when I exited FP to Alliance stronghold I was missing a ton of abilities.. pressed P to bring up the abilities tab and they were not even listed.. brought out my ability granting Hutt and nothing.. wondering WTH is going on with that.

Press Esc to pull up the system menu (the one you use to log out or access preferences), and click "Disable Tutorial".
JediQuaker Posted March 17, 2021 Posted March 17, 2021 Press Esc to pull up the system menu (the one you use to log out or access preferences), and click "Disable Tutorial". Note also, that you might need to be in a certain area for the "Disable" option to appear. That is, it may not appear while you are in your Stronghold or some other areas, but should appear if you are on the FP's planet, for example.

Strictly speaking, it's the tutorial mode for new players who use a start-at-60 or start-at-70 token, to ease them into the full range of their abilities rather than just dumping the entire mess on them at once. Unfortunately, as you've seen, the button to enable or disable it is at the top of the system menu, rather than at the bottom, so it's easy to activate by mistake if you are on Odessen, since "Quit Game" isn't at the top of the menu there, unlike just about everywhere else.
