Not done with Zakuul?

A number of loose ends exist with Zakuul that need to be tied up. Here are some ideas for how that can be done:

1) Gang wars--we know the Exchange has taken over chunks of Zakuul. If we recruited Skadge in the "Bonds of Duty' Alliance Alert, we essentially allowed him & the Black Sun to invest in Zakuul and work for the Alliance. Could there be some potential "gang war" between the Exchange & Black Sun which results in Skadge possibly gaining a higher position of influence there?

2) Vinn Atrius--by the end of the Nathema Conspiracy FP where we defeat Order of Zildrog leader and former knight Vinn Atrius, we have the option of not killing him but turning him over to the ppl of Zakuul for judgment. Could we have a follow-up to this if we chose that option, where we see a sort of "redemptive arc" for him like we did with Arcann and possibly even recruit him and also possibly decide a more concrete fate for Zakuul?

3) Indo Zal--after KOTET, it seems like Indo Zal just vanishes despite him being pivotal for the Alliance takeover of Zakuul. Could we at least have him reappear where he leads the new government or something or has some high influential position? Ideally, I was even wondering if we could at some point gain him as a companion where he becomes the official "liasson" between the Alliance and Zakuul's new government. He was both an under-used and underrated character in my opinion.

4) Finally, Vaylin. After the 'Echoes of Oblivion' mission where Vaylin reappears and is one of the many spirits who helps you take down Valkorion/Tenebrae for good, I received a message/email from Senya where she said she feels Vaylin will "never truly" be at peace. This implies that unlike the others afterward, she didn't become one w/ the Force but that her spirit/essence is still part of you. Also there was recently some dialogue w/ Lana & the force enclave where they were still checking to see if Valkorion lingered but said they couldn't feel him. Could this be setting up a potential showdown w/ Vaylin in the spirit-world again since she no longer has a reason to work w/ you or others after her father's death?
