Samy_Merchi Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 I believe that the uppermost mod slot determines the basic stats of the item. Hilt for lightsaber, barrel for gun and so on. Zunayson Posted December 30, 2011 Share Posted December 30, 2011 Barrels increase the damage done to the gun per it's "Damage Rating", and armoring increases the armor number per its "armor rating". So yes. I don't know what the exchange rate is i.e. 1 armor rating 8 armor points, but hey, I just get the best stats on the best-looking gear, since all moddable gear doesn't have stats, just an armor/damage rating, if it's armor or a gun respectively. Thanks the barrel and armoring mod determine min/max damage and armor of your weapons and armor! but be fully aware those same mods are LOCKED on end game gear so cant pull them out...effectively ruining idea of modding nice set of gear have has perfect look for you.... in end going to look like everyone else of your class.
