Any way to "hide" ourselves from credit spammers?

I received spams on all my characters today from the same person, even characters that haven't been logged in for a couple of days. I am guessing the spam was sent account wide somehow. Is there any way to go invisible or are we at their mercy? FYI: I did report them as spam

There is an ignore I think probably in the social tab.

I realize I can ignore this one spammer...but they multiply like gremlins when wet
