If it had a large outdoor area with a road and walking paths, we could finally use those damaged speeder and walker decorations, to make it look like the aftermath of the final battle on Odessen. I think the people who want Ilum / Hoth / snow-themed strongholds are next in line, though. I have very little interest in a Hoth stronghold myself, much more interest in Ilum thanks to the amazing sky and ancient ruins. The folks waiting for a Fleet apartment or something on Port Nowhere have also been waiting for years. Hopefully they'll get a SH with a version of their class ship docked that they can decorate and show their friends. But yes, some day Odessen and Zakuul apartments would be spectacular.
