neoraFIVE Posted December 14, 2019 Posted December 14, 2019 My Jedi Knight has been stuck on Onderon without Jakarro since Onslaught came out. Back in October, I tried the suggested workaround (complete any open story Chapters & reset) to no avail. Every time they've patched the game since then, I try resetting the Onderon mission. I still can't summon Jakarro, or any other companion for that matter. I've been stuck for two months because of this. Thursday's patch was supposed to be the last one of the year. Am I really supposed to wait until January, or later, to complete October's expansion!? Does anyone know if customer service can manually reset what little progress this character has on Onslaught so that I can progress normally?

Customer service told me to take it to the forums. is Customer service not for that type off problems more to let the developers know that things like that need to be fix. if there tell you to post it on the forums then it will never be fix like the other bugs and problems that have been report. to the OP's titel it will not be fixed this year you can bet on it like the other problems that are still not fix for years and also have been report on the forum for years and most off then are still not fixed. I know this post is old, as I'm replying to this in February, but this bug still not fixed. We could be easily move forward if other players actually joined in a group and helped those who are stuck. I'm stuck on the "Hunt for a Sith Lord" mission on my main character who is a Jedi shadow. I came close to beating the boss myself. If I had another player join in a group (basically taking the place of Jakarro) I could get past this one mission. To be honest, that's what we really should do. Players experiencing this bug should just join in groups and help each other out getting past this. I don't know if there's more than one battle that would need help, but it would only take a minute or two of a person's time to jump in a fight, complete it, then leave the group. Once a player who's experiencing this bug can complete Onslaught, then this bug is a moot point and they could actually move forward with the SWTOR franchise. On top of that, I don't think Jakarro is needed other than on Onderon, so this is just a small section of a small expansion. I don't see why we can't help each other out.

You don’t have friends or a guild that could help? No one responds in Gen chat?
