Hi, what exactly do I lose if my current sub account goes preferred? I still have many months left but since the sale I am interested.

Is there a list somewhere? I know f2p can't display titles but will I be able to display title if stop sub and go preferred?

I also read I would need artifact authorization. And crew skill? What else?

Danka :rak_04:

edit: Alright so I also see unlock quickbar. as a sub i guess i never noticed but will i lose access to qiuckbars once my account goes preferred? I'm trippin now please help lol.

The lists below are not definitive, but give you an idea of the sort of thing you should expect.

Unlockable:

* Quickbars

* Artifact Auth (purple/yellow gear that you haven't already bound)

* Hide Head Slot

* Show titles

* Guild bank access for items. Non-subs may not access guild bank credits even with the unlock.

* Third crew skill slot

Not unlockable

* Credit cap (except for escrow transfer tokens)

* Access to Operations

* Access to new content that's released while you are non-sub

* Access to Command XP and Command Crates (probably the same post-6.0 for Renown).

You can find a number of comparison charts/posts like the above provided (the reddit chart is good too), but all of them are incomplete (not that my additions are either) because there are just so many changes. There's also the ability to make characters of certain species for certain classes that subscribers get, but preferred do not (unless you've unlocked the species in your legacy). Subscribers buy from vendors for 80% of the credit cost that preferred do, gain increased experience, get rest experience, have the ability to exit stronghold direct to ship and direct to fleet (greyed out for preferred), and get additional requisition in GSF. Basically, if you can think of a way the game will make your life more difficult to not have a sub, they do it. I was surprised how many undocumented (or at least rarely discussed) restrictions are removed (or benefits applied) there are by subscribing and I'm quite sure I'll keep finding more. If you do any manner of selling on the GTN, the 5 slot limit per character as preferred is extremely restrictive, so I'd pick up the unlocks for more slots.
