Security Key setup page is broken if you don't have one configured

If you have no Security Key set up on your account, in the Modify Your Account panel, there is a section to set up your Security Key.

 

Click on this, and it takes you to a page where you can click through to a link to either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the key, and a button on the right side of the screen labeled, "Already have a security key? Set it up now!"

 

If you click on this, it takes you to an FAQ style page with no option to set up a security key at all, and it ends up sending you back to where you started.

 

You have to click in the left hand column from the My Account page where it says Security Key THERE, and ONLY THERE can you ACTUALLY set up a new Security Key. When you click on the button for "Set up your security key now" it should take you directly to that page, not to a circular reference FAQ style page that also does not have any way of letting you set the key up anywhere.

The FAQ style site (http://www.swtor.com/securitykeysetup) brought me to the security key setup page after I clicked "Set up your security key"
