Am just that odd one out or do others feel like the Ingame support is a joke? 2+ subs lost b/c of laziness or w/e the excuse is and the copy/paste responses are just more fuel for the fire. Ylliarus Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 Uuh... what exactly is your issue? Because my experiences with Customer Support have been absolutely fantastic. Not only did I get swift answers, they also provided swift solutions. Character restoration? No problem, then fixed it for me within a day. Problem with a player harassing me? No problem, they investigated the matter within a few hours and gave me a lovely response expressing understanding and gratitude for pointing them situation out to them.
