Only if you are EXTREMELY lucky when opening Cartel Market packs - BUT you have to buy the packs either from the CM or from the GTN. The only other way is to buy it with in-game credits from the GTN if it's for sale with the stats you want.
Balameb Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 Buy with credits from GTN. You need to look for it every day and see its price. Its an item that really fluctuates, when there are few in can go for a lot, but once there are many trying to sell it can lower its price fast.
