phalczen Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Actually it just happened to me as well. I used an augmentation station to add a kit to my reward weapon from chapter 12 KOTFE. The station is located in my Dromund Kaas stronghold. I added in a color crystal, tuning, and augment. The game crashed to desktop and windows error reporting sent a report.
