For a game with such a big focus on character progression, I feel like it's just a little lacking in visual progression on our characters themselves. The gear is great no complaints there at all and the corruption is cool, but for how much our characters are going through, I'd expect to see at least a few wrinkles to pop up here and there.

I'm not saying they have to pop up automatically as the story progresses, I'd just love to see the wrinkle maps some of the NPC's are sporting to be added either to the complection or scar sections of the character creation menu. Preferably I'd love a new slider for wrinkles alltogether, although I suspect that might be quite an issue.

If you want to be extra super fancy, you could give a bound appearance change token to players when they start the KotFE, or another storyline. This way players can just slightly alter their characters to account for their growth. This could even be a specialized token, that would only allow specific attributes to be adjusted. This way the player gets to change their hair, scars, tattoos, cybernetics or jewelry, while leaving things like body type, face, skin&eye color, and ofcourse race the same.

Thanks for listening, I hope you'll take my suggestion into consideration.

P.S. add a red sith eyes option for humans pretty please?

Totally second this. My headcanon has several of my older characters (which I created in the first years of SWTOR and played all the way to Ossus) around the age of 50, I would totally love the appearance designer option to let their faces show their age.

Eric, what's your take on this? Is there a possibility that this could be implemented with 6.0 or one of the first patches?

It does surprise me that we don't have a slider bar on the customisation window for ageing. I would rather it was it's own thing than tacked onto complexions though. :)

This would be terrific for role-players especially.

Me too. I've given it some extra thought, and I think the way they have things set up right now is that the wrinkles are essentially 'baked' into certain heads, instead of something they apply to a head down the line.

If that's true then our solutions won't work without a considerable amount of work from the art team. The way I think things are set up right now, they would have to add extra head types to the head slider. You know how the Cyborg and Twi'lek races have some identical head shapes but with different wrinkles and details? That's what it would be like, but that sucks because I doubt they have all head types already baked with all types of wrinkles they have so not all heads would be compatible with all wrinkles. If all heads shared the same UV's it'd be possible to use one's maps on the other but that would probably look stanky.

We'd get like head 1a, 1b, 1c, then head 2a, 2b, 3c and so on. I could live with that but I doubt the devs could.

I just want my wrinkles man, add some character to my character.
